QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree holder, major in Electronics and Communicationds Engineering
• With at least three years of related work experience
• Related work experience at a supervisory/specialist capacity is an advantage
• Background in the manufacturing process of semiconductors and power modules
• Knowledgeable in reliability tests (AECQ101, AQG324)
• Background in failure analysis, manufacturing process and statistics analysis

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support design verification and product validation (DV/PV) by managing relevant samples built or procurement. Performs teardown analysis for any sample at the end of the DV/PV, and provides a report summarizing the findings.
• Works in cooperation with Prototype and Process Development, and Process Engineering team regarding the best path forward to fabricate small-volume prototype samples.
• Checks the prototypes for failures before they are released for production and identifies improvements for the product design.
• Conducts research and investigative work in areas agreed upon with the immediate superior.
• To manage and align the integration activities with New Product Introduction, Test Systems Development, Failure Analysis and Reliability, and other departments
