Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in product requirement analysis, design testing plans, and write test cases;

2. Execute functional testing, integration testing, system testing, performance testing, and automated testing;

3. Analyze testing results, accurately document discovered bugs, and track their status;

4. Continuously improve testing processes, enhance testing effectiveness, and increase testing efficiency;

5. Maintain active and effective communication with product managers, development teams, and stakeholders to drive issue resolution.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, and over 3 years of testing experience; clear logic and strong problem-solving skills are essential;
2. Experience in trading is preferred, long-term experience in automation development is a plus, and familiarity with fundamental knowledge of distributed systems is required;
3. Proficiency in one of the following languages: Python, Go, or Java, and mastery of at least one commonly used automation testing tool.
