We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team, the client is a leading importer and wholesaler of disposable food service packaging. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and businesses to promote our products and services, generate leads, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our customer base.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential/existing clients and businesses to introduce them to our range of disposable food service packaging products.
• Build and maintain a database of potential leads and clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to potential/existing customers.
• Identify the needs and requirements of potential clients and provide tailored solutions.
• Set up appointments or follow-up calls for our sales team to close deals.
• Document and update customer interactions and leads in our CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to effectively position our offerings.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a telemarketer or in a similar outbound sales role
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive phone manner.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Familiarity with disposable food service packaging products and the foodservice industry is a plus.
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving sales environment.
