Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall installation of telecom equipment (wireless devices and antennas).

• Conduct on-site surveys and collect data for telecom base stations (5G/4G/indoor systems).

• Design site plans based on customer requirements, including location selection, coverage planning, and equipment configuration.

• Prepare survey reports and design documents.

• Coordinate with contractors, clients, and related teams to resolve technical issues during implementation.

• Assist in project acceptance and provide on-site technical support when needed.

Location:

Primarily based in NCR, with occasional short-term travel to SLZ, NLZ, VIS, or MIN.

Qualifications:

• Education: University degree or higher (Engineering majors preferred); open to interns and fresh graduates.

• Experience: 0–2 years (internship or related experience is a plus).

• Skills:

  • Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Strong field survey and data analysis abilities.

  • Able to work under pressure, handle outdoor conditions, and travel for short trips.

  • Team player with strong coordination skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Additional Requirements:

• Must complete company-provided training (2–3 days) and obtain a Work at Height (WAH) certification.

• Must demonstrate honesty, responsibility, and a strong sense of teamwork.
