As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and driven Outbound Sales Supervisor who can lead our team to make a lasting difference. This role requires a candidate with strong sales acumen, excellent leadership skills, and ideally, a background in the medical industry. The Supervisor will be responsible for coaching and motivating the team to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering a consultative approach to client interactions.

Lead and manage the outbound sales team, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and sales targets.

  • Keep a pulse on daily attendance, ensuring your team's readiness and enthusiasm to maximize productivity.
  • Maintain a keen eye on key performance indicators, including sales figures, average order value (AOV), and conversion rates, and adjust strategies to align with overarching KPIs.
  • Provide hands-on coaching in consultative sales techniques to drive quality client engagements.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement effective strategies.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional growth opportunities for team members.
  • Oversee adherence to sales scripts and compliance with campaign and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with management on process improvements and strategies to enhance campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in sales within the dynamic eCommerce landscape, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Adept knowledge and operational proficiency in Shopify.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with a deep understanding of essential metrics such as AOV, conversion rates, and sales revenue/profit.
  • Willingness to work night shifts on a rotational basis, with the flexibility to extend hours as needed.
  • Exceptional skills in upselling and proven success in developing effective sales scripts.
  • A relentless drive for excellence, with a track record of being a top performer in previous roles.
  • Experience or familiarity with medical terminology is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, motivational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members in consultative sales.
