1. Responsible for the recruitment of talent in the company's overseas markets, capable of efficiently finding and attracting candidates using international channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, JobStreet, and Telegram.

2. Establish and improve the full-process human resources system for onboarding, regularization, performance evaluations, and departures, ensuring the standardization and coherence of management in a multinational team.

3. Familiar with international labor regulations and compliance requirements for cross-border employment, able to handle matters related to contract signing, payroll settlement, and benefits configuration for overseas employees.

4. Act as a bridge between the company and employees, responsible for coordinating employee relations, promoting cross-cultural communication, and enhancing the stability and cohesion of the team.

5. Directly support the company's management talent strategy, formulating plans for international team expansion and talent pipeline development.

Job Requirements

1. At least three years of experience in human resources, with over one year of experience in overseas recruitment or managing international teams.

2. Fluent in English, able to use it as the primary working language, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.

3. Familiar with international recruitment channels and headhunting resources, with the ability to quickly drive cross-border recruitment processes.

4. Clear communication and expression, rigorous logic, able to maintain high efficiency while managing multiple tasks concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Recruitment experience in the internet, finance, exchange, or cross-border e-commerce industries.

2. Established headhunting resources or overseas recruitment networks.

3. Experience as an HR Business Partner or in organizational development, capable of participating in the company's talent strategy beyond recruitment.
