Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Student External Affairs Associate to assist students with enrollment, payment processing, and academic coordination. This role ensures compliance with institutional policies, supports students in resolving administrative concerns, and facilitates academic processes such as make-up classes and tutorial enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

Enrollment Support

  • Assist students with the enrollment process, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with institutional policies.
  • Provide guidance to parents and students regarding enrollment requirements, deadlines, and procedures.
  • Maintain organized records of student enrollment for reporting and compliance purposes.

Payment Processing & Financial Assistance

  • Process student payments, ensuring timely transactions and proper record-keeping.
  • Send Statements of Account (SOAs) to students and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Address parents and student inquiries regarding tuition, fees, and payment concerns.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure smooth financial transactions.

Academic Coordination

  • Coordinate make-up classes to ensure students complete academic requirements.
  • Announce enrollment for tutorials and assist students in the registration process.
  • Serve as a liaison between students and faculty for academic concerns related to enrollment and attendance.

Student Support & Communication

  • Provide students with clear and timely updates regarding enrollment, payment, and academic processes.
  • Respond to student inquiries and concerns, offering solutions or directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain effective communication channels to ensure students are well-informed about institutional policies and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Student Affairs, or a related field.
  • Experience in student services, enrollment processing, administrative support, or a similar role (0-2 years preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer service-oriented approach in assisting students.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive student information.
  • Proficiency in using student management systems and digital communication tools.

Must be amenable to work within Mother Ignacia, Quezon City.

Job Type: Full-time
