Description
- Oversee daily store operations and staff management.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Analyze sales reports to improve performance.
- Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, train staff, enhance customer experience, and implement marketing strategies
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Edu not required
- Experience Level: 1-3 years experience preferred
- Skills and Competencies: Marketing, teamwork, inventory management, sales training, strong written and verbal communication, customer management
- Working Conditions: Retail environment, flexible hours including weekends
- Qualities and Traits: Problem-solver, team player, excellent interpersonal skills
