Description

  • At least have a background in Aesthetic Clinic
  • Manage operations including advertising, administration, inventory control, customer booking, staff scheduling and payroll responsibilities.
  • Manage and lead a team. Leverage responsibilities of the Beauty Therapist and Advisor for them to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Perform operational store functions such as providing product and service expertise to customers, maintaining a synergistic environment and professionalism.
  • Manage and handle cash on a daily basis, such as vault, ATM, and cash box.
  • Assist in managing financial aspects of the shop which include monthly expense budgeting and inventory management.
  • Manage the shop’s inventory of supplies and products.
  • Maintain shop safety standards and cleanliness as required.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Assure timely availability of qualified Beauty Therapist and Advisors through active participation in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training process.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products and services.
  • Maintain a very strong clientele for the shop.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Store Manager or other similar role
  • Knowledge of beauty products/ beauty industry
  • Experience in customer service or retail management
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Strong communicational and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage inventory and supplies
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
