Description
- Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
- Assessment and Planning: Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement treatment plans as prescribed by physicians.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including documenting care provided and any changes in the patient's condition.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to provide integrated, patient-centered care.
- Education: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and hospital policies, including infection control measures and medication administration guidelines.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- License: Valid nursing license
- Experience: Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
- Skills: Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
