KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Design and implement user interfaces, ensuring high-quality and intuitive user experiences.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues within the application to maintain its stability and performance.
• Optimize application code for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work collaboratively with other team members using version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage the codebase and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Implement platform-specific features and functionalities by leveraging Flutter’s capabilities and native platform APIs.
• Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns to ensure the codebase's consistency, readability, and maintainability.

Work Arrangement:

Full Remote: Open to candidates outside Cebu, provided they have their equipment and a reliable internet connection.

Cebu-based: Candidates must report to the office twice weekly, specifically on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Shift - Monday to Friday with flexible time in from 8 - 10 AM

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
• At least 4+ years of proven experience in mobile application development using Flutter for senior level is a must
• In-depth knowledge of the Flutter framework, including Dart programming language, Flutter widgets, and state management.
• Ability to develop mobile applications that run seamlessly on iOS and Android platforms using Flutter, ensuring consistency and performance across different devices.
• Familiarity with third-party libraries, APIs, and WebSocket integration.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in leading a team is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
