Description

  • Manage and organize the company's administrative data.
  • Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and incoming messages.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports as needed.
  • Input and update data in the system or spreadsheets.
  • Schedule and arrange meetings or agendas for leadership.
  • Assist in the digital filing of documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams or clients online.

Requirements


  • Having administrative experience or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Communicative and responsive via email, chat, and remote work platforms.
  • Possessing a stable internet connection and work equipment (laptop/computer).
