Description

Manage and monitor daily e-commerce operations for the domestic market.

Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Manage product listings, descriptions, inventory, and pricing on e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, etc.).

Ensure timely order delivery and address operational challenges such as returns, delays, and customer complaints.

Requirements

Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli, etc.

Skilled in using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (including VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.).

Understanding of the workflow for order processing, fulfillment, returns, and inventory management.

Familiar with the seller center dashboard across various marketplaces.
