Description

This is a full-time customer service call centre role based in Cebu, Central Visayas. You will be providing Spanish-language support to customers of our client, Firstsource Solutions Limited. This is a key position within our customer service operations, responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our Spanish-speaking clientele.


What you'll be doing

Handling inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in Spanish

Providing product and service information, as well as resolving customer inquiries and complaints

Documenting all customer interactions accurately and completely

Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommending process improvements

Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills.


What we're looking for

Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both languages

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Spanish-speaking market

Strong problem-solving, active listening, and conflict resolution skills

Excellent data entry and computer proficiency

A customer-centric mindset and a genuine passion for providing exceptional service

Flexibility to work in a 24/7 call centre environment, including rotating shifts and weekends
