Who You’ll Be Working With:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Define and maintain development standards and best practices that enable rapid, high-quality delivery
• Collaborate with engineering leads to design and implement scalable, resilient system architectures
• Partner with enterprise architects to shape and evolve architectural blueprint
• Evaluate tools and technologies to drive down platform and operational costs while improving performance, quality, and team productivity
• Develop and lead training programs to help teams build high-performance distributed services

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of combined experience in engineering leadership, systems and/or enterprise architecture, software development, and design
• Proven experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance distributed systems using REST, microservices, Java, and Spring
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud deployments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Amazon AWS
• Bonus points for experience in data modeling, enterprise-wide Agile frameworks, and architecture strategy
