Requirements
1. 日本語力：
日本語での円滑なコミュニケーションが可能であり、顧客への直接報告や調査・情報収集、日本語でのドキュメント読解・作成の経験がある方（N2以上、日本在住経験2年以上）
2. 国籍・年齢：
日本人、または中国籍・ベトナム籍の方で、30歳〜45歳までの方
3. 技術スキル：
- 要件定義・調査からコーディング・テストの実装工程まで含むソフトウェア開発プロジェクトに4年以上携わった経験がある方
- Java（JSP、Spring Boot）、PostgreSQL、AWSを使用したプロジェクトでの3年以上の実務経験がある方
- 【優遇】保険業務系のプロジェクト経験をお持ちの方
4. ソフトスキル：
- 論理的に物事を考え、円滑なコミュニケーションができる方
- リスク管理能力がある方
- 新しい知識の習得が早い方
Working Hours:
Fixed Schedule·09:00-18:00
Holidays and Work Styles:
Two-Day Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays Off)
