- Content Repurposing:
Repurpose content into various formats like blog posts, long videos, short videos, and more.
- Content Trend Watch:
Regularly analyze competitors' social media strategies and trends.
Propose successful content strategies within the niche to improve engagement and grow followers (e.g., growth hacks, viral trends).
Stay updated on the latest content trends and algorithm changes across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Social Media Data Analytics and Research:
Regularly analyze data to determine optimal content types, posting times, frequency, etc.
Identify popular content topics across social media and search platforms using keyword research and social media analysis tools.
Content Performance Auditing:
Conduct monthly audits of content performance and provide data-backed recommendations for improvement (e.g., which post formats or topics are driving traffic vs. engagement).
- Social Media Scheduling & Posting:
Manage post schedules and publish content across various platforms.
- Social Media Automation:
Set up automation tools to streamline content repurposing and posting.
- Blog Posting:
Publish and manage content on the blog.
Optimize blog posts for SEO.
- Design (using Canva and Templates):
Create website and social media banners and thumbnails (training provided).
- Influencer Outreach:
Identify and reach out to influencers for collaboration.
- Partnership and Collaboration Management:
Identify and propose partnerships with aligned brands or micro-influencers to boost cross-audience engagement and traffic.
- AI Tools:
Stay updated on the latest AI tools to enhance the efficiency of content creation, distribution, and other areas listed above.
- UGC Campaign Development:
Launch user-generated content (UGC) campaigns to encourage followers to create content around the brand's products (e.g., yoga bag challenge or giveaway) to boost engagement and social proof.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) for Social Media:
Implement A/B testing for social media content.
Track and report the effectiveness of calls-to-action (CTAs) in boosting conversions.
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
Collaborate on refining audience targeting for paid ads and organic growth.
Test different audiences for email marketing or ad campaigns, providing insights on the most engaged or converting segments.
- Social Media Advertising (Bonus):
Experience in Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube advertising is a plus (training provided).
Conduct data analytics on social media ad campaigns to optimize performance.
- Outreach & Research Tasks:
Handle additional outreach and research tasks as needed.
- Email Marketing (Bonus):
Manage and execute email campaigns, including email automation.
- Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- 3 or more years of experience in social media marketing.
- Ability to Learn Quickly and Adapt.
- Creative Marketing: Capability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
