Description

  • The Admin Marketing Officer supports the marketing team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • This role bridges administrative support with marketing execution to help the team deliver campaigns efficiently and on time.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update marketing documentation, contracts, and reports.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Manage departmental files and ensure proper documentation.

Marketing Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, and printers for promotional materials.
  • Monitor marketing inventory, including promotional items and brochures.

Communication & Content:

  • Draft and format internal communications and basic promotional materials.
  • Assist in managing social media accounts (e.g., scheduling posts, tracking engagement).
  • Support content gathering and organization for newsletters and campaigns.

Data & Reporting:

  • Collect and compile data for campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain databases such as mailing lists, CRM, and contact directories.
  • Support market research efforts, including surveys and competitor research.

Event & Campaign Logistics:

  • Help plan and coordinate events, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Handle bookings, registrations, and material preparation for marketing events.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (marketing or administrative support).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, or social media platforms is a plus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or CRM systems.
  • Basic graphic design skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends.
