We are seeking a talented and driven Ads & Social Media Expert to lead our digital marketing and client engagement initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing high-impact online advertising campaigns, building an engaging social media presence, and directly coordinating with clients to ensure the success of their digital strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and others.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent and strategic content calendar for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create compelling ad copies and social media content that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of ads and social media initiatives using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and directly with clients to understand their goals, present campaign performance, and refine strategies.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships by providing timely updates, insights, and recommendations based on campaign data.

Requirements

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing successful online advertising campaigns (please provide examples or portfolio if available).
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and how to effectively leverage each.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive content for both ads and organic posts.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):

  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Buffer, or similar.
  • Experience working in a client-facing or agency environment.
