Job Description: Social Media Manager – Matteo Guidicelli

We’re looking for a passionate, forward-thinking, and digitally-native Social Media Manager to lead the online presence of Matteo Guidicelli. This role is perfect for someone who loves adventure, fitness, the outdoors, leadership, patriotism, and personal growth — and wants to build something special alongside Matteo and his brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute Matteo’s digital content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-impact content (Reels, Shorts, Stories, Photos) that reflect Matteo’s values and lifestyle.

- Engage daily with the online community: reply to comments, foster fan interaction, and build loyal engagement loops.

- Track, analyze, and optimize performance based on platform algorithms, content insights, and audience feedback.

- Lead platform growth with experimentation: test trends, formats, and timing to maximize visibility.

- Practice social media listening and trendspotting to anticipate what’s next.

- Collaborate closely with Matteo, his production team, and brand partners for cohesive execution.

- Report weekly on KPIs and deliver insight-based recommendations.

- Act as a digital guardian of Matteo’s brand identity, tone, and storytelling.

What We’re Looking For

- You love Matteo’s brand, lifestyle, values, and want to grow with him long-term.

- You live and breathe social media—platforms, trends, editing tools, and viral formats.

- 2+ years managing social for a personal brand, content creator, or lifestyle company.

- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere or similar).

- Strong writing and communication skills for captions, concepts, and community.

- Analytical, proactive, and constantly learning what's next in the digital world.

- Able to work in Alabang or hybrid with flexible hours including events and shoots.

- Hungry to build something meaningful, impactful, and innovative.
