We’re launching an exciting new media and tech company focused on the wonderful world of cooking! We’re now looking for someone to join as our first social media manager.

This is perfect for you if you already spend hours each week on social media, and you keep up to date with the latest relevant trends.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, create and manage social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook to build audience, boost brand awareness and increase sign ups
  • Lead content creation efforts, including developing and featuring in content that engages, educates and entertains the audience
  • Create and manage social content calendar
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers who align with our brand values. Build and maintain authentic relationships with influencers to build a loyal community around the brand
  • Film, edit, and produce high-quality video content that helps to build the audience
  • Partner with key experts to create educational content and enhance our credibility in the industry
  • Track and analyse the effectiveness of social media activity, using insights to inform future strategies and improve performance
  • Stay up to date on relevant trends

Requirements

  • Proven and relevant experience in social media management and influencer marketing
  • Strong filming and editing skills, with proficiency in video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Capcut, Final Cut, or similar)
  • Passion for food or cooking, with an ability to communicate in an engaging way
  • Creativity and a strong understanding of relevant, current social media trends
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working with influencers and brand ambassadors
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analysing performance metrics and adjusting strategies to optimise results
  • Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns while meeting deadlines
