Social Media Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all company social media platforms.
• Develop and create engaging, witty, and intuitive content that encourages audience interaction and community growth.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce unique and eye-catching visual assets.
• Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and content performance.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
• Plan, promote, and execute campaigns such as contests and other community engagement events.
• Be flexible and amenable to shifting schedules as needed.

Community Management Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with relevant posts, comments, and groups to foster a positive community atmosphere.
• Manage negative publicity proactively, maintaining a positive and informed community.
• Monitor community sentiment, identify potential issues early, and address concerns promptly.
• Build, grow, and nurture community groups, encouraging user-generated content (UGC) to boost brand awareness and engagement.

Work Schedule & Time Off

• Work in shifts (all times in UTC):
• 1st Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM UTC
• 2nd Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM UTC

• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
