Key Roles and Responsibilities | Marketing Associate (Creatives and Partnership)


  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across various ecommerce platforms. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize for conversions and ROI.
  • Content Creation: Develop and manage engaging and relevant content for ecommerce channels including website, social media, and email marketing. Coordinate with other team members to produce high-quality content.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) to track and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Partner Outreach:Identify potential partnership opportunities with influencers, brands, and organizations that align with the company's goals. Initiate and manage outreach efforts to establish partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or opportunities promptly. Represent Client for Ecommerce Management for third party partners.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of co-branded events, webinars, and other partnership activities. Coordinate logistics and promotional efforts to maximize event impact
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.Support the marketing team with additional tasks as needed, including market research and competitor analysis.
  • Ecommerce Management: Edit and update product write ups to keep content fresh and informative. Set up and maintain the backend of the ecommerce site, including inventory management, pricing updates, and promotions.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle ad hoc tasks as required, which may include conducting research, assisting in special projects, or providing support in other departments as needed.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of High/Senior High School degree; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Experience Level: Suitable for entry-level candidates with less than 1 year of experience, or fresh graduates with relevant experience. 
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in ecommerce, creatives and partnership. With ability to utilize the current network and resources, strong analytical skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; occasional overtime may be required during busy periods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, with a proactive creative mindset, strong communication skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
