Description

  1. Pre/Post contract works including preparation of budget, tender documents, drafting construction contract, BQ budget estimates, evaluation of tenders, tender report, preparation of contracts and payment certificate
  2. Contracts execution such as budget control, valuations of progress payments and variation orders, financial reviews, Cost Management, final accounts and attend regular site and project meetings.
  3. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Evaluation, AutoCAD, Procurement, and CAD software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare cost estimates, manage contracts, and oversee project budgets.
  • Working Conditions: Site Office-based (construction office) with joined site visits as required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities.
