Job Responsibilities

• Receive user inquiries through online chat, email, and online customer service tools, and provide answers to user questions;
• Timely feedback on issues encountered during the processing, and collect and organize frequently asked questions;
• Possess strong business acumen, able to quickly grasp core business concepts after training; candidates with financial knowledge and experience are preferred;
• Proactively identify obstacles in user experience, uncover user needs, and drive problem resolution and process optimization;
• Ability to adapt to shift work/long nighttime shifts.

Job Requirements

• Preferably has 1 year of customer service experience in the cryptocurrency industry or in financial and banking institutions;
• Possesses strong logical thinking skills and can accurately assess users' true needs;
• Passionate about customer service, focused on user experience, and able to provide comprehensive problem-solving solutions;
• Fluent in the local language and English;
• Able to adjust communication methods and styles based on different users;
• Demonstrates self-management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Work location: Outside mainland China, with preference given to Malaysia.
