Requirements
- 教育资格：本科及以上学历，游戏设计相关专业优先。
- 经验水平：少于1年工作经验，但具有相关实习经验者优先考虑。
- 技能与能力：良好的游戏数值规划能力，熟悉游戏策划流程，具备创意和分析能力。
- 职责与义务：参与游戏设计，制定游戏机制和数值平衡，撰写企划文档，与团队协作。
- 工作条件：需适应团队合作，灵活应对工作压力，具备项目管理能力。
- 品质与特质：热爱游戏，具备良好的沟通能力，具有创造力和执行力。
- 要求有web3经验
- 薪资范围是2000-3000usdt，具体面议
