1. Responsible for the development of the company-level data warehouse system, promoting the establishment of enterprise-level data models and data governance frameworks;

2. Responsible for the optimization and upgrading of the company's data architecture system, driving improvements in data development processes to enhance the quality and efficiency of data development;

3. Lead the formulation of technical architecture standards and specifications for the big data platform, providing architectural guidelines for application design, development, and deployment;

4. Collaborate with data analysts to empower product operations with data, leveraging technological innovations to bring value to business development;

5. Responsible for the construction and management of the data team, cultivating and building a technical talent pipeline, and optimizing resource utilization.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related field, with more than 5 years of experience in data development and over 2 years of experience in managing internet teams;

2. Proficient in data warehouse-related theories, with experience in enterprise-level data warehouse construction and successful experience in data governance; experience with AWS EMR platform is preferred;

3. Familiar with the Hadoop ecosystem, including but not limited to Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Flink, Kafka, etc., and able to design architecture in conjunction with business scenarios;

4. Strong programming skills, proficient in development using Java and Python;

5. Good business comprehension, able to view problems from a business perspective and resolve business issues from a technical standpoint;

6. Self-driven and result-oriented.
