Responsible for business analysis in core departments, with a deep understanding of business logic, continuously optimizing the analytical framework, and producing analysis results from the perspective of business growth and goal achievement;
Data-driven, able to independently analyze the core factors of business growth, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of various business strategies, operational actions, and resource investments from a growth perspective, and generate actionable strategies and operational optimization recommendations;
Goal-oriented, prioritizing problem-solving, capable of efficient communication and collaboration with business, product, and other analytical teams to drive goal achievement;
Able to independently liaise with product lines, with strong ability to drive initiatives, possessing both business and product perspectives, and continuously promoting product iterations based on business needs.

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in fields such as Mathematical Statistics, Science and Engineering, Business, etc., with proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages;
More than 3 years of experience in data analysis/market analysis/industry analysis/business analysis, proficient in tools such as Excel and SQL, and capable of using ChatGPT to solve complex problems;
Strong communication and facilitation skills, self-motivated, able to promptly address business issues, with a product background preferred;
Strong willingness and ability to learn, continuously exploring new concepts.
