Job Description

• We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our global growth strategy and marketing operations. You will be responsible for driving user growth, brand awareness, and revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns, data-driven strategies, and cross-department collaboration. As one of the core management team members, you will work closely with the product and engineering teams to drive the company’s scale expansion in the AI and Web3 markets.

Responsibilities

Community Operations

• Build and maintain an active Web3 user community on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter to foster user engagement and loyalty.
• Plan and execute community events (such as AMAs, contests, and airdrops) to enhance community engagement and user retention.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the community experience and provide valuable insights for product development.
• Drive community growth strategies to achieve user growth and engagement objectives.

Content Creation

• Create high-quality content, including educational materials, project updates, announcements, and promotional campaigns.
• Regularly publish tweets, blogs, and other content to enhance brand visibility and effectively communicate the company's mission.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in Web3 and create timely content that resonates with Web3 users.

Event Planning and Execution

• Organize and manage online and offline events (such as hackathons, AMAs, and airdrops) to expand the user base and strengthen community ties.
• Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and industry experts to build a strong brand ecosystem.

Cross-Department Collaboration and Resource Expansion

• Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure growth strategies align with product goals.
• Establish partnerships with other projects, media platforms, and collaborators to jointly promote ecosystem development.
• Identify and seize opportunities for cross-project promotion and resource sharing within the Web3 space.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Over 3 years of experience in community management, growth marketing, or related areas within the Web3 industry.
• Proficient in social media tools (Twitter, Discord, Telegram) with extensive experience in online promotional activities.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, capable of motivating and guiding a global team.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, able to work effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about AI, Web3, and cutting-edge technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI technologies, especially AI Agent applications in the Web3 environment.
• Possess a “Degen mindset”, adaptable to the rapidly evolving and changing Web3 industry environment, with creativity and flexibility.
• Experience in successfully scaling global Web3 projects or communities.
