Job Description

As a Shopee Operations Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that Shopee store operations run efficiently, from product management, order fulfillment, to store performance optimization. This position is ideal for candidates who understand marketplace dynamics and can work quickly and accurately.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Managing product listings (uploading, editing, updating stock and prices)
• Monitoring & processing orders in a timely manner
• Analyzing store performance and developing optimization strategies (products, pricing, promotions)
• Handling customer chats & feedback to maintain store ratings
• Executing promotional campaigns (flash sales, vouchers, store discounts)
• Coordinating with warehouse & shipping teams to ensure smooth fulfillment
• Preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
• Ensuring the store complies with all Shopee policies and standards

Job Requirements:

• Aged 19–35 years
• Minimum education of vocational high school or equivalent
• Experience or non-experience welcome
• Must have the Shopee application
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work quickly
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for final reports
• Communicative, proactive, and willing to learn
