1. Focused on PV/UV growth, responsible for designing and implementing user growth strategies on the product side, including user acquisition, retention, and conversion throughout the entire user lifecycle;

2. Analyze internal and external data, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance growth efficiency tools and comprehensively improve product operation efficiency through productization and platformization;

3. Conduct in-depth research on user models in various regions, thoroughly explore methods to drive user growth, and coordinate with channels and marketing to enhance user growth efficiency;

4. Analyze policy changes, user demands, and industry development trends in target product regions to uncover new growth opportunities for the product.

1. More than 1 year of experience in Web3 product operations or growth;

2. Strong emphasis on data-driven and results-oriented approaches, proficient in common data analysis tools and techniques, capable of identifying growth opportunities from data and effectively iterating;

3. Highly self-motivated, adept at identifying and independently solving problems, possessing an owner mindset, high execution capability, strong sense of responsibility, and resilience under pressure;

4. Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
