• Responsible for contract user expansion in the US or UK market;

• Develop and maintain local trading users, agents, community, and KOL resources;

• Drive growth in trading volume within the region, enhancing user activity and retention;

• Coordinate with internal operations, marketing, and risk control teams to achieve business objectives;

• Submit regular business progress reports and participate in commission and quarterly incentive settlements.

• At least 1 year of experience in business development at a cryptocurrency exchange (contract-oriented);
• Previous collaborations with a monthly trading volume of 200M–300M USDT or above;
• Familiarity with the local cryptocurrency market in Vietnam or Turkey, with priority given to those with relevant resources;
• Proficient in English as a working language, with certain communication abilities in the local market;
• Result-oriented, strong execution skills, and self-management capabilities;
• Acceptance of remote working arrangements.
