Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Business Development Manager to join the core team at PayDD. You will be responsible for driving market partnerships and business growth for the company's products in key areas such as cross-border enterprises and Web3, establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships, and assisting in the creation of a commercially influential ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage cooperative channels, partners, and B-end client resources to drive business growth

- Identify potential market opportunities, build business development strategies, and devise actionable growth plans

- Collaborate closely with product, operations, and technical teams to translate client needs into product optimization directions

- Participate in business negotiations, contract processes, and the execution of collaborative projects

- Maintain client relationships, track partnership outcomes, and enhance client satisfaction and renewal rates

- Represent the company at industry conferences, forums, and various external communication events to enhance brand influence
