Description
- Operate sewing machines to assemble garments per specifications.
- Ensure high-quality stitching and finishing of products.
- Inspect completed items for defects and make adjustments as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Train new employees on sewing techniques and machine operation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Must have skills in pet clothing design, style design, accessory design, and home textile design.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate sewing machines, create sample garments, and support design teams.
- Working Conditions: Work in a textile production environment; may require standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
