Description
- Perform minor sewing, alterations, repairs, and quality checks on garment and damaged linens.
- Read and interpret patterns and specifications.
- Ensure quality control by inspecting finished pieces.
- Maintain and troubleshoot sewing equipment as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards in the workspace.
- Assemble garments, perform alterations, and maintain sewing equipment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sewing clothing, attention to detail, and ability to operate sewing machines.
- Working Conditions: Primarily indoors in a manufacturing environment, adherence to safety protocols is essential.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team.
