• The Technical Field Engineer is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving service concerns in the shortest possible time and in the fewest number of visits. He shortens resolution time by clarifying the issue, bringing all items needed, conducting thorough isolation and completing documentations needed for closure of job order and for billing requirement. He is also responsible for improving his skills to be able to resolve most service calls.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of vocational course related to electronics or computer
• TESDA certificate related to computer or wiring is an advantage
• Background in computer set up, assemble, and repairs are required
• Willing to do field works even in out-of-town areas
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely
• Basic knowledge in MS Office
• Good leadership skill
• No visible body tattoo
• Preferably a resident of Pasig, Mandaluyong, or nearby areas
