Description

The Elite Client Servicing Officer is primarily responsible in providing premier Cash Management and Trade after sales servicing / active contact management for high value corporate customers to strengthen customer relationship; to deepen trust and loyalty; and to get valuable insights for business growth.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitors and handholds customer transactions until completion
  • Manages customer inquiries, requests and complaints accurately and efficiently within prescribed TAT which includes coordination with different units to resolve escalated concerns.
  • Handles maintenance requests and fulfills transactions in accordance with client instructions.
  • Identifies, recommends and implements process changes to improve service delivery.
  • Mentors and develops direct reports
  • Handles admin tasks and special projects.
  • Performs other tasks assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or management
  • 1-3 years work experience in client services
