About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates creative excellence, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of design principles. You will lead the development of high-quality interior design projects across various typologies—from concept to execution—collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and project objectives are met.
• Translate client needs and brand identity into compelling design concepts.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, presentations, specifications, and material selections.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with a strong sense of accountability.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, materials, technologies, and sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• Licensed Interior Designer (PRC License required)
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Exceptional design sensibility with a strong portfolio across residential, commercial, hospitality, or institutional sectors.
• Proficiency in design and visualization tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices
