Role Statement:

• Provide month-over-month (MoM) variance analysis and explanations by the line of business on revenues, margins, and EBITDA, provision of department P&L, Country pack (CFO report).
• Work with Country Director, Sales Team, and Project Managers to generate Monthly Sales, Revenue, and Margin forecast used for monitoring business progress; focus on the accuracy of the forecast amounts and timing of sales and revenue recognition; prepare accompanying variance analysis for the MoM changes and against actual results.
• Collaborate with the Project Managers regularly to determine changes in the cost and revenue stream of each project; monitor project financials and identify issues/exceptions (i.e. revenue gaps; project losses; profit margins below budget, etc.) for resolution; review of project pricing to assess the reasonability of projections and highlight any inconsistencies or financial risks.
• Assist in review and consolidation of data from various units, analyze trends and highlight any inconsistencies or significant changes in the budget vs. past performance.
• Assist with Annual Financial Statement preparation and review.
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by the business and the management.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Highly detail-oriented and has the ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
