Role Overview


As a Senior Business Development Manager – Sales, you will lead our commercial efforts in the Philippines, with a strong focus on acquiring and managing high-value F&B clients. Your key responsibility is to grow our local client base through strategic sales activities, focusing on enterprise restaurant groups, hotel F&B outlets, food halls, and other relevant partners.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Drive B2B sales efforts across the Philippine restaurant and hospitality industry
  • Identify and build relationships with decision-makers in restaurant chains, QSRs, hotel dining, and F&B operators
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing
  • Customize solution presentations and proposals based on client needs and market dynamics
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through targeted outreach and lead generation activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client experiences
  • Provide market insights to support internal strategy and improve go-to-market effectiveness
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned to you in related areas


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B business development or enterprise sales, ideally in F&B tech, SaaS, or hospitality sectors
  • Well-connected within the Philippine F&B or hospitality landscape
  • Proven record of closing high-value sales and achieving performance targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (in English and Filipino)
  • Ability to work independently, in teams and efficiently in a Philippines-based role
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is an advantage
