Description
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities.
- Patrol assigned areas regularly and report suspicious behavior.
- Create and maintain incident reports and logs.
- Assist in emergency response and evacuation procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer management skills; excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail; effective teamwork abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Monitor premises, ensure safety protocols, respond to incidents, and manage visitor access.
- Working Conditions: Varied shifts, including nights and weekends, in both indoor and outdoor settings.
- Qualities and Traits: Vigilant, responsible, and respectful with a professional demeanor.
