  • Manage and organize company correspondence and documents.
  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for executives.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Assist in project coordination and communication.
  • Handle telephone inquiries and customer relations.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a secretarial or administrative role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in presentation, excellent communication (both verbal and written), and strong time management.
