. Manage end-to-end customer engagement for SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud.

. Support daily operations, technical setups (e.g., VPN, IP ranges), and disaster recovery testing.

. Handle support tickets and coordinate with technical teams.

. Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and KPIs.

. Provide technical support, monitor issues, and drive continuous improvement.

. Manage additional services and change requests.

. Maintain customer satisfaction, manage escalations, and support critical situations.

· Collaborate with internal client teams (Sales, Presales, Delivery, etc.).

. Review account status and support transitions as needed.

. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an SAP BASIS administration role

· Strong knowledge of SAP Basis, S/4HANA, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

· Familiarity with ITSM, HA/DR concepts, and infrastructure tools.

· Excellent communication, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.

· Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

· Engineering degree preferred.
