- Provide expert technical assistance to client post-sale.
- Resolve issues and provide solutions on software and processes.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of support interactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Vocational/High/Senior High School related to the field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in after-sales technical support or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management and Salesforce; strong teamwork and sales training capabilities; excellent communication skills; knowledge of after-sales and pre-sale technical support.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide after-sales technical assistance, demonstrate products pre-sale, maintain customer relations, and deliver training sessions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and a customer-centric mindset. Hardworking.
