• Building remote sales processes;

• Writing reports on the department’s performance;
• Taking part in development and automation of sales processes;
• Building a knowledge base and organizing training in soft and hard skills;
• Supporting new employees.
• Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field.
• Comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
• At least two to three years of sales experience required.

• Experience in sales;
• Experience in managing a remote team of 10 or more people;
• Data analyst skills;
• Negotiation and motivation skills;
• B1 English level.
