Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Supervisor to join our team at MANOS Allied Corporation. In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service while achieving company targets.

·        Sales Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles and strategies. Ability to develop and execute effective sales plans. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

·        Leadership and Team Management: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team. Experience in conducting performance reviews, coaching, and training team members.

·        Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.

·        Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Proactive in identifying and resolving issues that may impact sales performance.

·        Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office applications. Ability to leverage digital tools to drive sales performance.

·        Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Resilient and capable of handling pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and report progress to management.
  • Conduct regular training and performance reviews to enhance team productivity.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing efforts and optimize sales campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the sales department.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
