- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage social media channels and digital marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Job Title: Sales and Marketing Officer
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in sales or marketing roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Sales Management, Sales Support, Social Media strategies, Sales Training, and proficient in English Language.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement sales strategies, support sales team, manage social media campaigns, and provide training.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional fieldwork and travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, proactive, goal-oriented, and team player.
