We are seeking a driven and persuasive Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with leads, presenting our client products and services, and closing sales directly over the phone. The ideal candidate is confident, target-oriented, and skilled at turning prospects into paying customers.

• Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads, introducing our services and driving sales conversations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products or services.
• Deliver clear, concise, and compelling information to influence purchase decisions.
• Proactively close deals over the phone and consistently achieve assigned sales quotas.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
• Demonstrate resilience, persistence, and a results-driven mindset to exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Proven outbound phone sales experience (B2C required).
• Proven experience in sales, and telesales with a strong closing record.
• Upselling, cross-selling, or store experience where customers walk in does not count as sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven, target-focused, and resilient under pressure.
• Ability to adapt sales techniques to different customer profiles.
• Basic computer/CRM skills for lead tracking and reporting.
