• At least 2 years of experience in online sales

• Knowledge in machineries, automotive, and agriculture is an advantage

• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with sales performance metrics and tools

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field relevant to business, sales, and marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries (online and face-to-face) and close sales

• Demonstrate product knowledge to conduct demos and answer inquiries

• Build and maintain relationships with clients before and after sales

• Stay updated with market trends and competitors

• Monitor and analyze sales performance to improve and adjust sales strategies

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction
