- Greet, assist, and engage customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge of Miratap and Dexterton’s full range of bathroom, kitchen, and home improvement solutions.
- Provide accurate information and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and cleanliness of the store in line with company standards.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store head for replenishment.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Participate in sales trainings, revalidas, and team development activities.
- Contribute to building long-term customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
